Who owns my data?
You do. You choose who can see your record, and you can export it or take back access at any time.
Which portals and labs can I connect?
Records from 70,000 health networks, including hospital and clinic patient portals and major labs. You sign in to each one yourself. Pharmacies are not connected yet. You can also upload a visit summary, a lab PDF, or your portal’s “download my data” file.
How is my data protected?
Your records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Nothing is shared with doctors, researchers or anyone else unless you choose to share it.
Can I delete my account and my data?
Yes. You can disconnect a source at any time, and ask us to delete your account and your data.
What does it cost?
Constellate is free for early members.
Does Constellate replace my doctor?
No. Constellate helps you and your care team start from the same picture. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or recommend treatment.
What conditions do you support today?
We are starting with autoimmune and autoinflammatory conditions, including lupus, RA, myositis, Sjögren’s and psoriatic arthritis, and adding more communities as we go.
